Transferring LFTT or other Military Range Quals

To civve street for NRA or other, is such a thing possible?

With the current RIF's are any mil quals transferable and how?

I have a few good friends who are interested in doing so when they return to the UK, all are current and competent, ex Op Herrick SNCO/WO's.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
