Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

Big thank you to Mik Maksimovic at Dolphin, for making me my .338 Lapua (picture below, lifted shamlessly from their website). Great guy, very knowledgable, spent loads of time with me over email and the phone before starting the project. Once it got underway, he kept me up to date with how it was going. On visiting him to collect it, he spent the time to show me around the enire workshop area, other projects he was working on, and everything about my own rifle, along with taking me through reloading for it. Overall an A* for Mik, and can well recommend anyone wanting something a bit special.

I have now had time to shoot this with the FCSA at Warminster - amazing right out of the box at 900yds, and I'm sure it'll be out performing me for a long time to come.

Yeah, compensating for the lack of skill . Although I must admit, it does put a smile on my face everytime I look at it. If only I could use it at Bisley - still, have just picked up an 1895 SBL (45-70) yesterday, and that I can use there. Now then where's all that reloading gear gone....

Thanks for the PM by the way - can't respond yet as I am too much of a newbie (not trusted with PM's yet, although that will hopefully change before too long).

To mag41uk - thanks for the message. Unfortunately given the regs on here I cannot respond via PM yet as I have not reached my 30 post quota (very frustrating but thats the way it is). Not reloading for it yet, but will let you know (somehow) if I do. Don't keep them for me though - if you find someone interested definitely let them have them.
