Hi to everyone,
I'm Mark from Cambridge and have just ( since jan ) started on the road to FAC.
Interested in just about everything from Target to BP.
I've been asked loads of times at the local club what I'll be getting when I apply for the FAC, but
there are far too many choices so I'll probably just start with whatever comes my way.
Currently spend a lot of time target shooting with .177 Air but Clay shooting appears to be getting more and more fun.
If I had a choice of four firearms to have these would be:
7.62x54R Mosin Nagant Carbine
Any cal BP Revolver
Any cal BP Rifle or maybe a real Martini Henry with homeloaded cartridges.
38 Underlever - ridiculously fun when speed shooting plates.
I also prefer standing rather than bench or prone.
My biggest wish is to get to shoot a 50BMG on a 1000 yard+ range.
Mark
