Another offroad trip

#1 Post by rufrdr »

This one was near Santa Barbara on the coast. Some nice views and an easy drive, the dust from the trail was a bigger hazard than the trail itself! A great drive on a very nice day.

Great pictures as ever, how many miles off the highway did you travel on the trail?

Distance-wise not all that far, maybe 20 miles but it took about 3 hours. A fire broke out in the general area the next day and the area is off limits now. Another fire is burning about 5-10 miles from my house, about 1,000 acres burned so far. At least it is burning away from the range I belong to and it doesn't seem the range was the cause of the fire!
