Having just had my RFD renewed by this authority it is quite apparent that they are still shambolic and are now terrified of their own shadows.
Too many bosses and a disaster waiting to happen in my opinion!
The Chief Constable and the new PCC don't inspire anybody outside of the Labour party.
This used to be an efficiently run department but bad management decisions at very senior level has have taken their toll.
