Noticed this structure in the town square on Sunday morning. Kind of like a 'backstop', maybe for Sunday bowling or skittles???

Apparently a festival of the historic shooter's guilds, something like an early militia. There was also a range for modern archery, and one for historic crossbows (albeit with Anschutz sights and anti-glare tubes attached), and plenty of folks in period costume.
