Well, I for one am encouraged by the speeches made by the Chairman and Chief Executive. Appears to be tentative first steps towards addressing some of the issues that have been "debated" on here over the last few years.
I have also had dealings with the NRA lately and found them to be helpful and understanding. Andrew Mercer also presented the prizes at The Phoenix which was good to see.
Rather than wait to see how they get on which could take years, I decided to join!
