Err...yes, and man was supposed to be made in god's image...pretty poor outlook for Christianity as a whole if that was even loosely referring to me tongueoutEagerNoSkill wrote: A few people here been godsend and instrumental in my prep for the FCWC
Ha, tell you what me old Saffa matey, if you called that help....you wait until I become a PITA :cool2:
That said, whether you would have worked out that your rifle was falling apart without the aid of two much more mechanically adept individuals is anyone guess
Joking aside Tim, have a great holiday (?)...sorry, I mean comp. We know you can do it, so get in there and do what you do best (without me and Matt getting in the way )
hey, think of the fun you will have trying to catch me to kick my arse when you get back clapclap

Funny this, I guess it is me, being biased, but having travelled across the pond to represent my country I guess I would be pretty fed up to find I had sacrificed holiday time/income to sit about.
It's all very well squnnying about there being other ranges, but they are not the ranges on which you will ultimately be competing are they?? :cool2:
Funny, I know we moan about lanes being difficult to get running up to a comp at the NSC, but they don't usually close them that far ahead, rule of "P"s and all that.
Prior preparation and planning prevents p*** poor performance and all that
That said, the yanks probably wont experience this as the only time they go abroad is to start something :55:

Re: Just to wish the folks good luck in Raton
I seem to remember we extended every courtesy to the visiting teams when the worlds were hosted at the NSC including access to targets for the week prior to the competition.
Re: Just to wish the folks good luck in Raton
Where’s the blog/team-diary/photo-stream/match-reports/results etc?
So far can only find a couple of posts on the US F Class team Facebook page, and the (empty so far) results link at the Bald Eagles RC page. Anyone know of anywhere else to get info?
..
Re: Just to wish the folks good luck in Raton
Information seems to be very sparse right now, I have had a couple of emails from ENS and a text with his results from the first stage of the US Nationals individual comps yesterday. The old GB F Class forum is no longer used, the GB F Class site has nothing on Raton and the new team GB forum is for the team only.
Re: Just to wish the folks good luck in Raton
There's a link with results of the first day of the Nationals in this thread:

Re: Just to wish the folks good luck in Raton
Hmm.. some quite reasonable results for the GB squad so far. This is the warm up for them and a chance to get used to the vagaries of the Raton wind so hopefully we will see an improvement along the way.
