FOR SALE : Milsurp Bipod for Stg58 FN FAL etc

I bought this bipod for my SLR but it doesn't want to fit because of the front sling swivel. I believe that it is designed for an Stg58 but it may also fit an FN FAL. It's not Harris or a repro, it's the original, genuine item issued to soldiers during the cold war.



I would like £50 for it posted.

I'm definitely interested, but I'm not sure if it will fit my FAL. What do you think?

Also, with barrel harmonics in mind, do you know if having a bipod attached would affect the rifle's accuracy and if so by how much?

It looks it might fit, although it says in the same thread, it does affect accuracy. Hmmm....

Yes, it fits on the bump under the gas plug. The SLRs don't have them, d'oh! I can't comment about accuracy other than to say that it'll be better than off elbows and will look better than a harris
