I shoot at the same club as Bill Irvine and can say the gun He has used for the last 18 months has been well tested by Him. Bill uses it for general plinking and for doing practical competitions and it does not seem to be ammo fussy unlike some AR type guns.
There are a few other club members that have bought pistols from Bill and others that have bought pistols elsewhere and have done rfd to rfd Bill is ready to give help and advice in both circumstances and His after care is excellent as well.
I have not or ever had any financial involvements in Bills rfd business but just my experiences over the years.

Techguy, if you are interested in a second 22 LBP its not difficult to do (subject I guess the the individual rules your local licensing authority may apply).
I currently have 2 GSG's on my own ticket (one to be replaced by a K22 as soon as they arrive). I had no issues getting one as I have one fitted with iron sights and one with optical sights.
Assuming your 1911 is iron sights only, you could get a bridge type mount for a K22 or even another 1911 and fit a red dot to it. If you go with the K22 then this is non permanent and you can remove it as needed. Unfortunately the tactical rail that was available for fitting to the underside of the GSG 1911 is, I understand, no longer available so any bridge mount on the 1911 required the frame to be trilled and tapped, meaning a permanent mod.

Thanks for the tips Bill... that is actually what I wanted to do, have one with optics, one iron sights. My 1911 is irons at the moment, and I'd put optics on the K22. I would like a LBR in .357 as well as the two .22 LBP's, but I think that might be pushing my luck a little!
Again subject to your local licensing authority you should have no issues getting 2 x 22LBP and at least one LBR in 38/357 or 44/44mag (Even 45LC or 45 ACP if you can find one).
As long as you have a different competition that you can shoot it in there should be no issues. In the case of the LBP you are shooting small bore say police pistol or service pistol on small bore targets (The NRA publish the specifics of these targets. I dont have the info to hand but I can get it later this week).
The LBR you also shoot police pistol and or service pistol but this time its center fire on the appropriate targets.
Additionally the LBP are semi auto so in a different class than the LBR so again you can shoot in 2 different competitions, 3 if you go iron sighted and optical.
