Saw something very similar albeit Turkish ( although these may be same but rebadged / assembled in Germany ) a few days ago.

Handles as nicely as the M16 its a copy of but feels very plasticky.

Underneath its a very basic semi-auto the same as you will see on a "standard" semi-auto.

Prefer my Vepr 12 bangbang which I played with today in preparation for the slug matches at AAW.

It was printing 3 round groups of 3" even fired rapidly at 15 yards. And that's without any muzzle brake - I might not even bother with the brake now !!

Hmmm, but the Vepr 12 is almost twice the price...

True.

Generally, with a few exceptions, cheap things are cheap for a reason.

Cheaper to buy one expensive gun than buy a cheap one and then have to go out and buy an expensive one to replace it with !

The Vepr 12 has been adopted as a military issue shotgun by 18 out of 28 NATO countries.

Wonder how many will go with the Falken ?

5 round box mag.... How long would that have to be to compete capacity wise with even the go old Remy 1100 with an extended tube? In fact, do they even offer a larger magazine?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

not my cup of tea but i'm sure there is a market for them , I doubt they will do much a benneli or remi etc won't do ?

they do a 10 rd mag for them but if you fill it up I understand that they don't feed well ? (according to fatty moore anyway?)

Yes but they don't stay in the gun!! One shot and they drop out! Pretty embarrassing the the bloke showing me it  The 5 rd mags work fine (or at least his did), and the 10rd mags worked ok when they'd stay in the gun  They do look and feel super plasticky though.

Apparently there is a Dremel/filing fix for the mags but i'm going to wait for a while before thinking about one (considering chopping in my Supernova for one as i barely use it)

Cannot speak about the Saiga ( which is sometimes confused with the Vepr ) but you can get a 5 round, 8 round and bases for them which add a couple.

People who use aftermarket mags have had problems but as far as I know, genuine Molot factory mags are ok.

Having said that, I got mine for target shotgun so high capacity is not essential.

Anytime a reload is required, I reckon I can drop the empty mag and reload with 8 and start shooting before the guys with a tube mag have even finished reloading bangbang
