Hi all,

Thought I'd introduce myself and put up a little back ground before I start posting questions smile2

Have held my FAC for a couple of years now and currently have:
  • .243 Tikka T3 SuperVarmint which wears either an S&B 8x56 or a Yukon Photon depending on the quarry
  • .22LR Brno 2E
Currently the focus has been on deer stalking and vermin control but I'm looking to get back in to competitive target shooting again. I say again as most of my spare time between 14-19 was spent shooting as a cadet, both .22 and fullbore. I've shot in the Imperial meeting a couple of times (the last being 1999) and was lucky enough to be part of the Athelings team in the same year.

At the moment I'm undecided as to whether to go back to TR or try F or FTR.

Any way will leave questions like that for future posts. Look forward to chatting to you all.

Kind Regards
James

Welcome to the forum James. If your eyes are still up to it I would suggest going for TR however choose a rifle that you can migrate to F/TR with at a later date if you feel like a change. Many of the newer rifles systems are easily adapted and quite capable of holding their own in F Class.
