Do we need a licence to box? If so, how is it administered? What does it cost?

Sent the BBC an e-mail about it a couple of hours ago - but I'm not going to hold my breath. :roll:

Edit: I stand corrected, the link now takes you to Scottish Sport rather than boxing.
