Full bore clubs in Essex

Full bore clubs in Essex

Hi guys my current club only has the facility for .22 rimfire at the mo I want to find a local club to Chelmsford that has full bore shooting so that I can get some shooting under my belt and apply to get variation.

Chelmsford (1944) club still going - I used to be a member years ago.
Next to the air cadets if I recall
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
All round good guy and VERY grumpy old man.

Yes I know of that club thanks. A friend has said about the Colchester ranges where people use everything up to a 50.cal barret m82

Fingerinhoe (not sure of spelling) - nice there - brings back members of the 70's

Epping forest pistol club at North Weald, 25m indoor and outdoor ranges shooting all pistol calibre rifles, LBP, black powder, practical air pistol etc.

The club you're thinking about is most likely Herts and Essex. They have a range near Gt Leighs just to the north of Chelmsford and often shoot at StanTA where 50cal and .55 have often been seen.
