Happy New Year- a new member cometh.
Greetings all,
New year, new member.
Bit about me, new ticket holder, took about 6 wks from sending application off to it thumping onto the mat. Thanks N Yorks!
Been shooting for years with the job (army, I now fix em) while in Germany I got into full bore stuff with the hunting group. Since returning I've dabbled in small bore (mini rifle type, and recently target rifle) had a play at PSG (with my sect 2)
Finally decided to get my ticket, all done.
Have a .22 slot and a sect 1 shotty slot.
Aims for this year are to join a bigger club (for full bore)- hopefully rossendale. And get my DSC 1 done.
I'd also like to get back into the field side of shooting.
That's me, happy new year!

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!

By trade perhaps - are you a Doc?Gundoc wrote:By blood, by trade or by cloth?BestDrugDoc wrote:Welcome!

Not sure what cloth means though....
Re: Happy New Year- a new member cometh.
Ah, no. No, I'm a gun doc. I fix poorly guns and educate the little darlings who have caused them to be broken by their own ineptitude.
And by the cloth, I meant if you wore the same uniform- a fetching blend of greens, tans and browns.
I am however considering a change of life in a couple of years, might go to uni and become a paramedic
