Ruger 10/22 woes

Hi Landy,

are you using a moderator on it? I have powder residue in the breech of my 10/22 when using SV ammo and a moderator.

I spent a fruitful couple of the hours in the range friday night and the main contender looks to be the SAK Moderator.

I am guessing the moderator is causing the additional back pressure and so blowing crud into the action.

I will try to get it apart and see if anything looks out of place.

You hit the nail on the head, I get exactly the same when my Sak Moderator is on.

Not really ammo related but more back pressure as you say.
