Firing Pin for a 12/15

#1 Post by Chapuis »

Any suggestions as to where I can obtain a replacement firing pin for a BSA 12/15 rifle. Obviously the value of the rifle isn't great so the club wouldn't want to spend a great deal on it.

Numrich have them.

I'll have an order going in there in the next week or so if you want me to order one for you.

John Knibbs has some for the Internationals that may do with a bit of fettling but I'd check with him first.

Dromia, don't if you've used Numrich before mate but after you've placed your order just keep an eye on the card you use. Last couple of times I've used Numrich my bank debit card had a couple of fraudulent attempts made on it from outside the US which my bank caught, the last time being last December. I never use my card to buy anything outside the US and I don't know if it was just coincidence after I used Numrich but just thought I'd give you a heads up.

I did call Numrich and made them aware of my suspicions but they denied anything was wrong there and then without even checking their system first. In future I'll use snail mail and a USPS money order if I'm buying from them.

Thanks for the heads up George, last time I used them was last November and didn't have a problem. :55:

Will rethink my approach in the light of your experience though.

Try John Knibbs. He has them for the Mk2 etc but I'm not sure about the 12-15
