Hi Jack, welcome to FB
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
Welcome to the forum from someone else in Bedfordshire who shoots at Barton Road. I am crap with names and faces however I do remember rifles and I cannot remember seeing your CZ on the firing point so I am guessing you shoot with BRPC?
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
I Shoot with the VAA but never really mroe than 100 yards , sometimes 2 sometimes 300 and never really more , its abit of a shame they dont push it more id really like to see what my guns and homeloads could do at a push , just another reason why another club under my belt would be a good thing
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
I shoot with the Grove, we get out once a month at Barton Road for long distance days, typically 800/1000 and 1200 yards on a good day however if it is really from we only shoot 800 & 1000. We have also been known to occasionally shoot at 1100. Membership is GBP55.00/year from memory and green fees for the day are GBP15.00
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
i had a look at the website looks like a nice club but it says you require a sponsor from the club , is that right?
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
In theory that is right however you probably know a grove member or two through the VAA plus we are always happy to accept new FAC members, I am sure it will not be a problem.
Re: Hello From Bedfordshire
in which case i think i will print off the application form and get it sent off and go from there
thanks
thanks
