Library Help?

Sorry to be a bit thick but when I click on the link in the sticky post by Christel to get to the Library it says that I do not have access rights, I am aware that you cannot PM or use the 'for sale sub forum' until 15 posts are made , but using the library I presume should work straight away?

There are a few sections that are not accessible until you reach 15 posts.
Library being one of them.
