The CMMG has a bolt hold open actuator such that just about any magazine will hold the bolt open, there's a tab that the magazine follower pushes up into the path of the bolt, which can now be released by the bolt release catch on the left side (I have a B.A.D lever on mine). Once the bolt has been held back by this tab, the mag can be dropped out and the bolt is still held rearward.

Good find with the 44mag site, the 15 round mags are the same price as the 10 rounds ($13.50) though?

I'm gonna order some of the 26 round mags and a 15rd straight mag (tarty reasons, like the look of the M16A1!) - though I don't beleive we can organise a buy as we'll be over ITAR limit?

I have a bundlebox service so I can get it shipped to Kentucky and then forwarded here.

Why wait until next month?

Careful Nick, unless they have changed ITAR you cannot export any magazine greater than a 10rd capacity without an export license.

I haven't taken my 10rd mags apart yet, but this was the conversion from 10 to 15rds on the originals http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkg_oJNPXyo

I like the 10/15rd straight mag look to because I am a tart

If you are going to do a bundlebox and you have space I could be interested in one more 10rd mag if it all works out cheaper than £36 that midway would charge including P&P

If you are going stateside I know that 44mag and other sites will not take orders using credit cards with a non US Billing address so you might just have to track it down while you are out there.

They've just taken mine at 44mag - UK address and postcode with a US state. Proof will be whether they debit and ship it!

Jammy Devil, I tried and they bumped it, you what US State did you enter? did you go for 15 & 26rd mags too?

You might still get the bums rush, from their website:

Orders typically ship in about one business day. Transit times are estimates.
Due to US State Dept regulations we cannot ship outside of the US or to APO addresses. We can ship to your base or exporter for forwarding.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from 44Mag Distributing LLC.
