Sorry to go off topic, but what's the rail and rear sight on the Marlin?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Isn't it a XS picatiny/ghost ring sight mount?

My old man has an XS peep sight on the back of his Marlin, it's a good set up
