That looks surprisingly recent, not sure why unless it's a manually operated marker, ramping would be far simpler than a new trigger, quicker too.
The problem with that on a rimfire would come when you're trying to walk the trigger and you're out of sync with the firing cycle if you're trying to walk it quick. You might be able to get around 11-12 shots per second though if you practice and can get it in sync with your rifle.

I'm surprised nobody's tried a double trigger setup for a fullbore calibre over here before now.
