So he is confirming it is a counterfeit and even selling it as such would not stop Trading Standards confiscating it if it were in a shop or market..

And I'm quite sure AlexTwoGun AKA Grizzly wouldn't want a fake LT104.

Do you have any idea how many links there are on this forum for copies of all sorts that people find on eBay and think is a good buy?

No, I think firmly think that people who buy fakes and copies do themselves and the reputations of manufactures no favours, they fuel organised crime and lots of people unsuspectingly buy things that they think are genuine. I the worst cases fake goods cause injuries and even fatalities with on recourse against the criminals that sell them.

But this only a fake mount so I don't expect anyone to get hurt too badly and as long as it only goes on an Airsoft and not .50 BMG it's not going to come off and hit someone in the eye. :roll:

I can tell you a thing or two about people copying other people's work, I am all to aware of how that one works.

Let people make their own mind up about what they buy, be that the original item or a copy.

I know which one I would want to buy, that way I can sleep at night.

Agree with you about copying, it's theft plain and simple whether done on a large or small scale and it unfortunately happens all to often.
