I popped round to see my mate yesterday as he had just returned from the D-Day commemorations. He goes every year with an assortment of vehicles but said this year was very moving. Got to take a few Vets out to sea and back up the beaches in the 2 DUKW's.

The plan was to try and finish the restoration of the Sherman and take that over as well but its still a way off completion-maybe next year.
