Interesting video from Brownells - but WTF is a 'forearm removal tool'? I taught a lot of people to strip and assemble the C7, and have never needed a tool to remove the handguards from an C7/AR15/M16. I have never even seen anybody use such a tool.

In that case you can change yours, but it also depends on what barrel nut you currently have on and what barrel nut your new handguard would require. It's the 2 pronged C-spanner I think.
