Just called SYSS to enquire about a new stock for my 10/22.

They didn't have what I wanted, but you know what.... it was lovely to speak to Sheila (I think) for 5 minutes just chatting about shooting in general etc. etc.

A few other gun shops (who shall remain nameless :cool2: ) could do with being as nice, pleasant and polite as SYSS. sign92

Roger and Sheila are lovely people and it is always good to just spend a few minutes with Roger talking about nothing really other than gun stuff.

I've been there a few times and it's always a pleasure. Roger fixed the chamber on the VTR, they've received a gun for me and I've bought a few bits. Always friendly and happy for a chat. Not always good, I can gas for England

I have rang them a few times over the years and never spent less than 20 mins on the phone.. smashing people and a credit to the industry.

Went there years ago when I was very green and they were both lovely and took the time to explain info I needed to know clearly and without condescension which was more than many

Hi everyone, just to say ordered my new remington SPS tactical from syss/rimfire magic last thursday afternoon, it arrived at my RFD friday morning, highly recommend them

You can search all the posts on pretty much every uk forum and ill bet you're not going to find any bad words about Roger and Sheila.

They are a great couple & run a brilliant RFD service. They also trade as Rimfire Magic.
They were also the springboard for BaldyDave prior to his going alone as an RFD in his own right "Valkyrie Rifles"

Long may they continue - the BEST RFD in So. Yorkshire; & probably the best in Yorkshire!
