Club shooting during the Imperial
What happens to club shoots during the Imperial, is the whole place given over to that, or is there some club shooting as well?
Careful now/that sort of thing
Re: Club shooting during the Imperial
For most of the meeting Century and Stickledown are full, every day, all day. Not sure if bookings are taken elsewhere. There's a short bit of downtime at the end of the meeting before business resumes, but then the NSRA meeting takes-over Century for part of August.shugie wrote:What happens to club shoots during the Imperial, is the whole place given over to that, or is there some club shooting as well?

Have a look in

That's the timetable for the ranges during the Imperial. If it says "available for hire", that space isn't taken up by the competitions, and the Range Office can give access in the usual way. Of course, it may already be booked - the timetable is set in about December and isn't a current statement of actual availability.
Also note that Siberia doesn't appear on that plot. For the first three weeks in July it is only available 12, 13 and am 19 July, and is already filling up for those.
