What rifle were you offered? FAL or an L1A1? If it was a FAL do you remember who made it and if it was a conversion or out of the factory as a .22?

I was offered a H&K conversion unit to go into my rifle. Just like the one in the link.

there is new kid in the block too-Beryl M22 in .22LR from Lucznik,Radom in Poland-arms factory,around 600GBP

Now I like the idea of that......minus the Tacticool gubbins.Are they available with a wood stock and handguards?.They also make very good fullbore AK variants but sadly not for us.
