Absolutely retarded video, he doesn't even understand what they're talking about regarding the magazine changes. 
Fast magazine changes are a PRO-GUN counter-claim to the ANTI-GUN premise that banning large capacity magazines would save lives in mass shootings, i.e. The gun grabbers say that if you can loose of 30rds+ without having to reload you're more like to kill more people before the mag change which would give people a chance to either escape or rush the shooter.
The pro counter argument is that because mag changes take so little time that it wouldn't matter if the shooter had one 30rd mag or three 10rd mags etc, therefore the parent who is saying that this is nonesense because the shooter would be so upset/confused by the situation that the shooter wouldn't be able to coordinate a fast magazine change IS towing the anti party line, DERP.
