A1 Hearing

This is a heads up from someone who is well known on the gallery rifle circuit.
This is a copied from him:

" Warning - don't part with any money to A1 Hearing - paid for stuff at the phoenix - nothing received - numbers all disconnected - have got a county court judgement against her. I am one of at least 4 people I know of who have suffered the same. "

Thank you for the warning, she was also at the Imperial last year however I noticed she was absent this time.

I had a similar experience during last years Trafalgar meeting. I attempted to contact the vendor on a number of occasions via email and telephone but never received a reply. I finally managed to contact her during the Phoenix meeting and the matter was resolved.

I have had nothing but positive experiences when using A1 Hearing.

Spoke to Carol after the original post on Gallery Rifle to make sure she was OK and there appear to have been some recent problems including the business phone line going down but she was getting them sorted that week. I passed on the complainants details to her and she said she would contact him but unfortunately it appears she hasn't.

I have know Carol for many years and whilst I am disappointed she hasn't resolved this particular situation yet, I am sure she will get this sorted and be back to her usual self soon.
