Stall at the last Phoenix I was at, was run by the UK Shooting Team or some such folks. They piggy backed on the NRA Armoury table.
May be worth a call to the NRA Armoury (Fred).
I know they are EXACTLY what you are after as I got you a load of them for your 7.62 :)
I could do with a few of them too as I've added some new calibers since then.

Indeed you did, and very nice they are too (which is why I want them for the 44!)
If it's any help they have a molded logo of what looks like a bolt action rifle in the corner of the box top, if anyone knows which company makes them it would help smile2

The pistol ones have a molded revolver logo
