QD Swivel

Im after a duel side QD swivel for my 22lr AR, I sent for one but I dropped a bit of a clanger, it turned out to be an Airsoft one, can someone tell me which one I need and where to get one from?

What sort of QD stud are you after?
Do you have a link to a picture of one?
