Looks like she had an issue, possibly a stove pipe, didn't clear it and continued firing. Hopefully she's ok!

isn't a stove pipe where the empty case gets caught in the bolt and doesnt let the next round chamber?
that looks like she had a misfire/squib, as she is fiddling around with the bolt just before it happens. maybe a bullet is stuck in the barrel then she fires another into it?

The rifle ejected a case then reloads but the round didn't go off, she then opens the bolt, removes the round and then pushes the bolt forward and that round explodes......faulty factory or hand load???
