M&P 15-22 reliability

#1 Post by Sim G »

Replaced a couple of springs again in the S&W trigger and stoned the surfaces looking to achieve a more acceptable trigger pull with the mil-spec parts (which I didn't achieve!) But, I went to the club last night to make sure it functioned properly and safely.

When I got home I gave it a clean as it was filthy before I went! It's then that it dawned, six different magazines, five different types of ammo from subs to HV and close to 500 rounds through it in less than two hours....

Not one failure to feed, fire, extract or eject....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!
