Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

Anyone had any dealings with a Firearms Company called Rude Fat Dog?

One of our club members has ordered a Marlin from them, paid a deposit but now gets no response to e-mails or Telephone calls. I've done a little research and it looks very much like they operate as a Sourcing Agent with no actual stock. Over to you any????

They have been round for quite a few years and he is prominent in the GR shooting circuit.
Forget his name now.
Ask Colin or Peter at the club Paul.

Rather than posting potententialy libellous statements on an open Forum perhaps you would like to contact me. Of course, I will not be discussing the business of your 'friend'.

Greg, apologies if you found any of my post 'potentially libelous', that was not my intention. I didn't know that the Dealer site existed within the FB forum and that's why I posted it where I did.

I will pass your contact details on to our club member expressing your obvious preparedness to discuss the order with him.

By the way, I am not the customer!

Blimey....what's with the attitude Greg, Paul asked a perfectly reasonable question, in what way is he being libellous??

Why not just contact Paul via pm instead, no need to get all hot and bothered, an angry response really isn't the best advert for you business!
