The assault rifle?
I have a chapter on it in my new 3-volume set of Finnish small arms books...
Quite a few scans from the army manual are shown, plus there's an English translation/summary at the end of the chapter.

Assault Rifle?
The Finnish Lion was/is a target rifle as far as I'm aware.
The best shot in our club had one until last year when he got Car Jacked and the rifle was taken inside of the car.
He was/is devastated and is looking for a replacement, however he had a Finnish Lion Champion, which had a set trigger and a slightly different stock with a specially selected barrel.
Rare as rocking horse poo. So I imagine manuals are even rarer.
Good luck with the search.

The Valmet M62 is a Finnish AK....Google it if in any doubt!
Maybe the OP has mixed up some designation somewhere?

The Finnish Lion and the Valmet M62 are 2 different rifles entirely

Lol.
I jumped to the conclusion he was just talking about the finnish lion as I didn't know the designation and this is in the Rimfire section...

Nothing like Valmet designations to put the proverbial moggy amongst the pigeons. Valmets M62 exists in an assault rifle and as one of the variants for the Finnish Lion .22rf rifle. mine is the one with the thumbhole stock and aperture sights.(see rifleman.org for pics.)
