Mag extension = NO
All other spares = YES

WHAT specifically are you after?
Even have spare barrels if you are after such things...

Hi saddler

I have just bought a 1980s A5 which i want to use as a slug gun. I am just awaiting it to be sent to my rfd.
I will let you know what other bits I might need/like  .
Thought some one might have a mag tube gathering dust some where.
Bob.

A great shottie - my Dad and I had a very early one which Dad bought around 1970, wish he'd never sold it.

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

Finally got my A5 yesterday .
It shoots slugs ok but it needs a shell lifter spring and a swivel for the end cap as well. if any one has one?.It is a bit rough and ready so i think that I will get it coated at some poit as well.
I intend to use it as a slug gun by cropping the barrel and fitting rifle sights.

PM replied to

Where are you located?

As SimG can tell you, I do quite a good job on A5 receivers (Duracoat) - that is, until some ham fisted booger then goes & leaves vice marks on the trigger guard!!

I can also send the pdf of the gunsmith manual for the A5, if you don't already have it

Ah - I sometimes shoot at Carlisle/Brampton for the PSG - plus the road from Jedburgh goes that direction when I am travelling Sarf

Several pdf's out there.
One by Browning - another better one by a gunsmiths in the USA
