Dammit of course I meant 70 years... I'm afraid I have 1915 very much on my mind at the moment I'm currently reading 'Footprints of 1/4th Leicestershire Regt.' yet again. My grandfather and great uncle served with the battalion. Great Uncle William being Killed at Loos 13th Oct 1915. incidentally my BSA SMLE is dated 1915.
