Re: Walthar Arms UZI .22LR
I shot techguys and really liked it, initially. I even fancied getting one. The feel of the pistol grip put me off, just seemed "square" and uncomfortable...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Very nice. I'd prefer it with the synthetic stock, but as mentioned before, they're rarer than a rare thing.DanTheMan wrote:Found it here, you may need to be a member to view the link so here is a pic and details. I bet the wood stock fixes the cheek weld issue you get with the folding stock.Mattnall wrote: I would love to find a fixed stock for it though, any more info on the one you saw Dan?
uzi .22 with fixed wood stock as barrel has been shortened with 1/2 unf for mod comes with original metal stock but has been welded open mod not included £450 FTF comes with 2 mags
I might just bite the bullet and do it with the wooden stock as they're much easier to come across.
Also do note that unlike the real Uzis, you'll need to pretty much weld the stock on as the mounting mechanism is different between the IWI Uzis and Walther's clone offering.
