Re: cowboy shotgun
bwss won't let you start with a loaded shotgun. I like how her husband 'invented' holding a cartridge a certain way.
i pick up and over drop into my 1897, using the trigger hand i find awkward, , easier to hold two, throw first in, back round, slam fire, next in, slam, open. as moving to next pair, pick up 2 more. - also can't move and load.... but can move and hold cartridges
guess what i'm doing in the morning??

Re: cowboy shotgun
One question I've wondered Brad, what does it feel like to slam fire an 1897? Also is yours a Norinco repro? If I ever wanted a pump for anything, that would be my go to gun just for the unique look and the way it is.bradaz11 wrote:bwss won't let you start with a loaded shotgun.
