I considered back boring mine, machining the ports and welding on a nut for a collar, then chopping to 12", re crowning, etc. But then I've got a machine shop down the road in the back of a gunsmiths. Think that would stay section one.
Been renovating a house and have a 10 week old daughter though so not even pressed a bang switch for two months!

I think you mean the NEA CCS and this isn't one of those from the pics? Look at the split in the tube where the rods lie.

Yes. Well aware of that. I was wondering if the stock on your CMMG sub was the same as found on an HK416c as it appears to be identical.
