Hello from new member
Hello all, just a quick potted history of my shooting experience.
I started shooting prone Smallbore at 13 with my dad some 37 years ago and found that I had an aptitude for it, took part in various competitions, often placing in the top 3 for my class over the following 4 years, until life got in the way and having to start work. So Shooting took a back seat for another 3 years.
I then decided to start up again in my early 20's with my old clubs and subsequently found out that before my layoff that a couple international shooters that used the same ranges as my clubs had been monitoring my progress for possible inclusion in the junior GB squad. Ce la vie. I then shot for another 5 years until being made redundant at which time shooting took another back seat.
Earlier this year after a 25 year layoff, I was talking to friend who mentioned he was going shooting. After a brief discussion mentioning that I used to shoot, he invited me to one of his clubs guest days earlier this year. On borrowed equipment and my friends rifle and my tired old eyes I was already back shooting 94's and the bug was well an truly reignited.
Any ways, probation period is now complete and FAC in hand, so looking forward the Bleiker Actioned Grunig & Elmiger Hybrid stock arriving that I have on Pre-order.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!

Thanks for the welcome all.
First rifle is now in the box, Sako Finnfire II topped off with a Nikon Pro Staff EFR 3-9x40AO and an A-TEC CMM4 moderator.
Can't wait to try it out the weekend.
