Re: Emergancy food holding
what sort of foods do ppl actually keep?
When guns are outlawed, only Outlaws will have guns
Re: Emergancy food holding
Tins are always a good start and it is worth looking for bargains. Heinz big soups were GBP1.00 for two tins for a while so worth stocking up on a few, now they are bach to GBP1.08 each it is time to look for another bargain. Lidls is always a good source of unusual tinned products.
Re: Emergancy food holding
Tinned stuff mostly, beans, soup, chilli, curry, chicken, tuna, salmon, rice pudding, corn etc. Pickled gherkins, beetroot, garlic and onions. Dry stuff noodles and rice. Protein bars and powder.
I would like bit of that mountain house freeze dried food, because it is so tasty, but super expensive.

Re: Emergancy food holding
My store of food carried me through a couple of lean months after being made redundant, what money I had I needed for ammo.
