Hello everyone :)

Does anyone have any experience of the .22LR Browning Buckmark Rifle?

Any thoughts & opinions welcomed :)

None, not even seen one at the range however I would also be interested as they are quite a quirky looking thing :good:

Yeah it's a great looking little thing isn't it and looks like a better option than a LBP.
Quite mixed views about it online though, people either love it or hate it.

Somewhat pricey though and very few second hand available.

I saw one of these second hand when I was choosing what to get as my first .22 rifle. It was around £400. Being a student at the time (and having bought a Marlin 1894) I opted for the more affordable Walther G22 second hand... I kick myself everyday for not buying that rifle (if I knew then what I knew now) wallhead wallhead

Other than the price, I've not really heard anything bad said about the rifle itself (heard a few quibbles on the LBP). I have my FAC renewal coming back soon and I appleid for a .22 LBP, so I might opt for the Buckmark LBP or sell a .22 rifle, buy the Buckmark and look for a different LBP.

I bought a second-hand one from York guns in June this year; it is the heavy barrel target model with the grey laminated stock. With standard velocity SK ammunition it is extremely accurate and reliable. A real keeper!

The Browning Buckmark.

Mate has one, loves it.

Looks similar to the once sought after Browning Medallist 22 Pistol. They were the cream of the Sporting Pistols.

I handled a Buckmark for sale recently, looks mint.
