Optics Warehouse

#1 Post by bewildered »

I was looking for a new scope and contacted many suppliers in the UK and EU. Most never bothered to reply to left messages or emails. When I contacted Optics warehouse my faith in humanity was restored. Emails were answered by Sean and John almost by return and John and Lisa were extremely helpful when I spoke to them by phone first to discuss what I wanted then to place the order. The scope was ordered Monday afternoon and arrived Tuesday morning.
Great service, great people, can't recommend them enough.

I agree too. I've always had good service with them and can't commend Sean enough. I had many questions regarding a new scope back in Summer and he was really helpful and asked the manufacturers direct questions which I had. Would definitely buy from them again.

I needed my new Vortex Viper deliverd on a Saturday morning via FedEx they were great and only charged me £10 to do it it costs £26 I believe . The scope then failed first time out with a parallax problem I sent Lisa an email outlining the problem and within half an hour she replied and forwarded my details to Vortex uk who phoned me later that day. Great service Great comms highly recommended !

Quick one to say absolutely awesome customer service from Optics Warehouse.

Ordered a backordered 8x56 Hungarian S&B for my AI.

Bugged them a lot and they always came back polite and timely (via facebook).

Item was delivered before expected.

One of the pair of scope rings I bought stripped threads on the one side whilst trying to torque it up to the specified torque (Leupold QRW) and a no fuss return/replacement was issued with an astonishing turn around.

When everything goes well, all companies can be great, but when the SHTF how a company reacts is the be all and end all. optics warehouse are absolutely spot on when things go wrong, and that's what counts.

I've also just had excellent service from them, I'd enquired about the Lyman 4500 that they have with the heater at a very good price.

Lisa came straight back to me confirming they had stock and the price so I ordered one and the delivery service was rapid.

I will definitely use again.

This is in total contrast to my recent dealings with one of the larger main dealers in the UK who made a real PR disaster when they not only couldn't put the correct picture to an item on their website so what I received was not what was advertised, they then promised to make up the missing items, then decided that I needed to pay the difference, quoted me a price and then when I agreed to pay that I was then told the price would be 4 times that quoted.
