On the form it says vermin control, can anyone tell me what is considered vermin? Are rats, rabbits, squirrels, rabbits, magpies all "vermin"?

Yes they are.

As above. The only animal that seems to be contentious is the fox. Some forces class them as vermin, others name them separately/for different calibres. However all forces should now be using the Any Other Legal Quarry (AOLQ) condition so you're covered for everything.
