A friend of mine bought some tannrite last year. We shot it on some crown land and the shock wave made your trousers flap at a hundred yards!

And use Vodka on the wound? Mind he was once put among some Russians and he apparently convinced them he was Russian, plus at then end of the day, it's a character that promotes or did promote his business (last new video was 3 months ago).
