Numpty. At least he wasn't stupid enough to look at it to see if it was working .... or perhaps that would have been his next move?

There was an impressive amount of blood there, so it would be interesting to know/see just how much damaged was caused.

The thing with that video that makes me think its set up is that initially the camera can be seen moving.
