We had 3 lanes booked for us so most of the shooting what classic pistol target stuff but we also had a play on the gongs, plates & advancing targets.

Here some of the toys available

For me , it was the long awaited moment to try my new Omega CZ-P01 - so I concentrated in getting to know my new best buddy.

I did pitch it again the old P01 - no regrets waiting for such long time : the trigger is like butter and the decocker more ergonomic, the pistol also sit a little better on my hand than the old Mdl.

Our US friend, a very good shot & big time Czech pistols aficionado testing it

OMG what an awesome pistol, only the Vz61 could drag me briefly away from the P01

We also had the use of the "heavy range" so we could have a go on full bore rifles
with my Vz58

I can not resist so the "AK" M92 was also tested

By sunday the Slovak participant, a complete novice, was achieving decent results with a 22lr Beretta 71

Some of the targets where quite typical of the Czech sense of humour ...
Israeli double tap : 2 to the body & one to the head, we obviously have a F-B member that would get the job done proper

It was not all shooting & we did managed an evening in a 500 years old brewery down-town Prague. All in all, a very pleasant & relax week-end in one of the last land of the free, as far as shooting is concerned, & a good opportunity to get to know fellow F-B fellow members
