On a related matter, I do know of an RFD who who holds sec 5 and has sec 7 on his personal FAC, he got grief from his FEO because he would (technically speaking) have access to .455 ammo via his RFD ticket!

So trusted to have Sec5, but not the hundred year old collectable Webley he has absolutely no intention of shooting .... go figure
